Applications will be open from November 5th, 2025 to November 25th, 2025, and can be completed directly through this website. Simply click the “Register Now” button above when you are ready to begin.

All applications will be carefully reviewed, and 30 participants will be selected. The selected students will be informed via email as per the timeline mentioned.
Since the workshop is mostly hands-on, selected participants are required to bring their own laptops.

Logistics & Support
Accommodation
All selected participants will be provided comfortable accommodation at the FLAME University campus, Pune on a twin-sharing basis for the entire workshop duration. Accommodation may also be arranged for one night prior to the start of the workshop depending on travel schedules.
Food
All meals, including tea and refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop except dinner on the final day.
Travel
All participants are eligible for reimbursement of their travel expensus up to the maximum fare of a Third AC train ticket from the city they are travelling from (excluding Rajdhani, Duronto, Vande Bharat, and other premium or dynamic - pricing trains).

This reimbursement policy applies regardless of the mode of travel
(e.g., Flight, Bus, etc.). -
Participants must submit their original tickets and valid travel proof for processing reimbursement
